Two options for consideration:
For larger clients with in-house bookkeeping, I can advise on handling the various situations that arise during the year. Then, at year end, the tax returns can be prepared from the data you provide.
For smaller clients who are stymied by trying to find time to “do it all,” I can either:
1) download your computer data into my software, via Quickbooks or Peachtree, then make the entries needed to create proper financial statements and prepare
payroll reports. This allows you to maintain your current system,and still have time to spend with customers and clients; or
2) work from your hand-written records (check stubs, deposit slips, bank statements, etc.) and still provide timely financial statements that let you keep abreast of your company’s status and get your payroll reports and other filings in on time!
Either method provides the data needed for my office to produce the financial statements that you need to run your business.
